Description of Work: My daughter called AB Lock because the key ignition would not go to the start position. The car was broken in a Homeland parking lot and called me to get her home. AB Lock they would send JR out after he got out of church. JR met us on site with his wife in the truck and no tools. He fooled with the ignition switch and said he would have to go and get a wheel puller and other tools and would call me when to meet him back at the car. I waited 2 hours and called JR back and got his voicemail and asked him to call me. He never returned the call. I called AB Lock and told them the story and the owner said he would call JR. Neither one of them called me back and I ended up having to tow the car to a Firestone dealer. If AB Lock didn't want to work on the problem, they should have been up front about it instead of wasting my time. They have absolutely no business pride and are down right rude. If anyone ever uses them, they better look out for trouble.
