Answered all questions , refered me to the state dept of agriculture to get a good understanding of the process and showed proof of license and liability insurance when asked. They were the only company that offered a termite treatment Inside the house around where plumbing comes up through the slab. (which was recommended on the State dept website). Had the BEST warrantee of the 5 companies that bid for the job! Went above and beyond by spraying for spiders while they were here. Highly recommend.
