Description of Work: We had our whole house done with new plumbing. They did a good job. Old house with difficult areas to maneuver. Very pleased with our new pex with central manifold.

+ -1 moreI am extremely pleased with the job Quapaw Plumbing performed. They were prompt and did exactly what they were suupposed to do and they cleaned up after themselves when they were finished.
Description of Work: We hired Quapaw Plumbing to install all new water and sewer lines and all new inside fixtures. We are building new duplexes and have been very pleased with the work that has been done. They have been there when they said they would be and i have never had to call them to ask when something would be completed. I plan on building more duplexes in the future and will be using Quapaw Plumbing and i would highly recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreIt was a disaster due to the service they did not provide. We are still without a toliet and this is going on Day 4. We were finally able to find a plumber to work on our bathroom Sunday May 1st. It will cost us due to emergency call. Quapaw plumbing did not care that we would be without a toliet for five days. They will not be back in our home ever again due to their unethical treatment of us. How could anyone just tell a customer in a tacky note stuck on our door window with a sticker. That they would be with-out a toliet for five days and leave. This company has no observation to how customers are to be treated. The plumbers actions showed disregard to the health of my family by just acting as if it is no big deal to be with-out a toliet. We finally found someone to come to our home on Sunday or early Monday to repair the toliet. If Quapaw plumbing was not going to repair the toliet until Monday why take the toliet off the base and then cap the sewer line. They are a company that has no regard to anyone's health and safety. When talking to this small plumbing company they stated as if it was no problem for us to go without a toliet for five days. They made my birthday very memorable this year. Thank You Quapaw Plumbing for making this birthday one to remember for years to come. Every guest all 100 of them were told who created the cancellations and many made some wishes for you.
Description of Work: Quapaw plumbing showed up and looked at our toliet that needed to be leveled on 04/28/2011. They stated it would be a two day service call to remove the toliet and level it. That was Thursday. They removed our toliet on Thursday did some small work on the tile. They said they would return on Friday at 1pm and left the toliet sitting in the middle of the bathroom. We waited until 4pm Friday and tried calling with no answer. I was in the back yard working and I heard someone drive away from our home. It was Quapaw plumbing. They left a small note stuck to the window with a sticker saying "I am sorry I got hung up will return Monday," I called him and he never would answer, that was at 411pm. Just minutes after he left. He would not answer his cell phone or his office phone and I left him messages at both. We had my birthday party coming up on Saturday with a huge cook-out. The plumber finally called back at 7pm that night, trying to explain his way out of the situation. He stated he had told my wife it would be a two day job to fix it. I said that was agreed upon as Thursday, Friday was the two days. I stated that we could not live like animals for five days as this was our only bathroom in the home. He stated nothing in return. He would not be returning until Monday and we were to find a place to use the bathroom. We had to cancel the birthday party and cook-out. These people do not care for their customers and treated us like they did not care if we went with no bathroom toliet for five days. I would not allow these people in an outhouse to repair a loose board. They are unethical and cannot be trusted.
