+ -1 moreTerrible! They are not done billing me! $4700.00 so far! They are a scam!
Description of Work: Finished the wiring and connect to switch so I can have electric. They have not finished one room! Three guys working and can't finish one room. All the can lights had to be moved because not one light was the same distance. Lights on wrong switch and changed us for their mistakes. I will never use them again. Changed 70 hours that they didn't work! Still no electric in the kitchen for the wall ovens and the dryer plug in is upside down..along with a receptacle hanging under my house. I could go on and on.

+ -1 moreI had been without power for three days longer than most of my neighbors. They could have fixed and charged me, but went out of their way and arranged for the fix with no cost to me.
Description of Work: Was without electricity after ice storm and they came out, determined that the city should fix problem with no cost to me, called the city and verified to them what the problem was and arranged for the city to respond immediately.

Description of Work: Called the office, lady said she would have a guy call me. By noon I needed something don, called back, got machine let message, no return call, so I took off work, went home, replaced a breaker and a burned receptacle, fixed it myself!

+ -1 moreWe called a competitor on Monday morning and still had not heard back by Tuesday afternoon. We called Mastersons and thye said they would be here in about 30 minutes. They arrived in 15 minutes. They were really nice and gave us and estimate of $450 dollars. They returned to do the work on Monday due to our schedule. They said they would be here by 8:30 am. They were here at 8:15. They did the needed work quite efficiently. They were very polite and thanked us for the business as they left.
Description of Work: They replaced a breaker box and ran a new electric line for a new plug in.
