+ -1 moreI needed a new heat/ air unit and I called five different companies to get estimates. Bolton's Heat andAir was the only company I called that was actually located in my town. I called to make an appointment but only got an answering machine. I left a message to call me back, but they didn't return my call. A few days later I called again and finally got through to the receptionist. She set up an appointment for an estimate, but they didn't show up and didn't bother to call. I called one more time to reschedule. They showed up this time...about an hour late. After all this, their estimate was the highest one of all.

+ -1 moreFound the problem that other a/c service co could not find. Gave us a price for a new system that was much less than other quotes. Installed the new system in a timely manner. We were very pleased.
