So now it's costing me more to have someone come in and fix it. I do like the French drain that was put in. I will say under the circumstances I didn't pay them the full amount they wanted."

With insurance companies I like to tell them we will do free inspection on policies that are RCV about to go to ACV. All of our inspections are free as well.
