Description of Work: We had a heat pump replaced that had died.

Description of Work: I had Jim Wood's put my air conditioning unit in back in 2006. I was having problems not getting cold air when it started to get warm. I called them thinking that I was still under warranty. Their technician was at my house quickly and diagnosed the problem immediately. He went back to the shop to get the parts he needed, came back and fixed it. I had cold air the same day I called. The technician was not sure if I was covered under warranty so did not charge me right then and there. I was sent a bill. When I got the bill, I called and asked about warranty, they looked it up and found that it was not, but they were very helpful in explaining what was covered. I had issues a few months later with no cold air. They came right out and cleared it up right away, free of charge. These guys are great and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my heat and air issues.
