Description of Work: They came out, took measurements and details of job and promised to return an estimate in 2-3 days. However, I have not heard from them and it has been 3-4 weeks.

 + -1 morepaneling removed. walls repaired, smoothed and textured (drywall) old tub removed and new one reinstalled scraped 'popcorn' ceiling and smoothed and textured applied concrete board in tub surround and on floor coordinated with plumber, electrician and tile installer installed vessel sink and waterfall faucet in antique piece installed oak transition threshold (from wood floor to ceramic tile) The work was done in a timely manner for a good price. Dean checked with me throughout the process and kept me informed as to what the next steps would be to reach completion. I have used Edwards Construction for many years. He has removed walls, sanded floors, hung drywall, painted the exterior of my home, repaired the roof on my garden shed, installed new windows and built closets for me and I have always been more than satisfied with his work and professionalism.
Description of Work: Dean took out cast iron tub, commode, and vanity in bathroom. He removed paneling from walls and old linoleum from the floor to make ready for ceramic tile. New tub was installed and concrete board installed for tub surround so that ceramic tile could be applied. The walls were smoothed and texture applied. The homeowner had prepared a antique buffet for use as the vanity. Dean installed the vessel sink and waterfall faucet and attached the unit to the wall.

 + -1 moreI called Dean to ask if he was available and he came to my house the next morning. He quoted me on the spot and we agreed on a time, less than a week later. Dean arrived on time each day and completed the job in the time frame he alotted in the beginning stages. Dean kept the work area clean even overnight when he wasn't on the job. He hauled off all trash and debris and made sure I checked his work once it was complete. The patch to the foundation was done smoothly and precisely. Dean did not ask for any type of deposit or payment up front which made me feel more secure.
Description of Work: We are moving our laundry room into an existing storage room. Dean dug up our concrete foundation and extended the existing washer pipe/drain an additional 10 or more feet to an exterior wall. This included extending the pipe and adding new washer hookups and drain. Dean replaced the foundation with new concrete once the pipe had been moved.

 + -1 moreHad to move plumbing by jackhammer, and move pipes. Accomplished with minimum of a mess, on schedule(3 weeks) and on budget. Easy to work with as far as making changes to our plan. Removed walls, added insulation, textured the new drywall, and painted. Could not ask for more than we received on this job. Will use Dean again when we start on the bathroom.
Description of Work: Remodeled our kitchen and laundry room.
