Description of Work: contracted for new heat and air in new construction (house).Contracted for high eff. system qualified for rebates from elect. provider. Took over a 100 days with contractors waiting to install rough in for sheet rock , used 4 diff. crews start then quit , go on vacation , start then quit ,could not find for weeks. On completion installed cheaper units would not qualify for rebate , said sue me. When unit had problems 13 months in to 48 month warranty , he refused to honor and wanted 2500.00 more . On contacting manufacture found out was also under recall and was old unit he had in stock . Manufacture forced him to honor warranty and recall with letter and suspension of franchise dealer. Months later he tried to collect again , manufacturer handled that quickly.

 + -1 moreWe just purchased a house where the A/C was missing and the heating unit was old and illegal. We contacted Polar A/C for a quote. Johnny came out right away, made some recommendations and gave us a written quote. Once we closed on the house, they got to work right away. The work was completed in a timely manner and very professionally. We would recommend Johnny to everyone!

 + -1 moreWe called them because our air conditioner was not working and it was a very warm winter, and they got somebody that same afternoon to come and look at it, and it was actually the owner stopped by on his way home and looked at it and told us the compressor was going bad and that there was another part that was not working well. He also talked with our home warranty company. Even though he doesn't directly with them, he called them and he talked to them, and it was really nice about that. As soon they got the parts, they came over and installed everything for us. I have two young kids, so they were really nice about my son wanting to help in everything and very professional about it. They were very nice and cordial. They were competitive in their price. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Polar Heating & Air Conditioning to repair my air conditioner.
