+ -1 moreAs it turns out, the issue was more serious than a simple adjustment. Eric tried to fix it and then explained what would need to be done. We decided to postpone the project for now. Eric was prompt. He was polite and respectful and explained in detail what would need to be done. It was obvious he has lots of handyman skills! I would hire him again. Also his prices were reasonable.

His attention to details has made the stool feel like the original - but in much greater shape. It will be used for years and passed down for generations, just like the original!

Description of Work: Eric has done lawn care including mowing, trimming and weeding flower beds. He remover vinyl plank flooring, moved the dishwasher out from the counter found the leak repair it. He then put the dishwasher back and the vinyl planks back. Eric repaired and replace the cabinet and base boards in the bathroom. He has also painted
