TK's Flooring

They did a wonderful job and it wasn't easy to get up several layers of old flooring dating back to 1955. The new floor is beautiful.

Working with Ken at TK's Flooring was an absolute joy! He is focused totally on quality and he did a beautiful job installing our tile. The master bath was a difficult job because we were using a plank, wood-look floor tile on the shower walls with a mosaic inlay and a natural cut stone on the shower floor. The contractor had done a poor job of prep work on the walls and shower floor. Ken had to do a lot of repair in order for the walls to be straight enough to install the plank tile, and he had to skim the floor so that the stone tile we used would slope to the drain. He was very careful as he installed each tile making sure the wall was completely level and all tile joints were perfectly smooth. He also took meticulous care when installing the stone shower floor and the quartz shower seat, making sure both had just enough slope that water would flow to the drain and not stand in the shower. He then installed the bathroom floor, which was a 12 x 24 plank, in a pretty small bathroom, but he was careful to make sure that the layout was the way I wanted it. After completing the bathroom, he then installed a long plank tile in the entryway. Ken always asked me how I wanted the tile before installing, but I quickly learned that he had a much better eye for how the tile should look than I did. He was always professional and kept the work area very clean. Ken knows what he is doing and his work is total quality. I will use him again - even if I have to wait months before he is available. He is the best!

I needed to have flooring installed in my new condo, and I'm extremely happy with the service I received from TK's flooring. I called about an estimate, they came down to measure the next day, and got me a detailed estimate about two days later. The price was very reasonable, and they got me on the schedule very quickly. The installation itself went off without a hitch. They came on time, finished in the scheduled time, and charged me the amount quoted in the estimate. Both Teresa and Ken were very professional and pleasant to work with, and I'm very happy with how the floors themselves look. Highly recommended!

They did a first rate high quality job every step of the way. I am well pleased with the results. I could have spent less money with other lesser experienced contractors I had received bids from, but the quality of the results would have been in question.

They were very professional. They gave us a free, detailed estimate,started and completed on schedule. The job site was neat, and the finished job was exceptional! Very happy with the price as well! We would definitely use them again in future houses and recommend them highly!

They were good, except it took a little longer as the hardwood had to be reordered as there was a flaw with it.
