Annie's Cleaning Company

They just did vacuuming and dusting and clean 2 bathroom , but one bathroom wasn't cleaned completely. That was fine with me because i expect that they will return next week and do the work but they didn't. They didn't clean the kitchen , window and furniture. I even gave them food. They also want to billed me more and threaten me that they will sue me if i will not pay. They are crafted and liar. No body treat customer like that.

The first time she did okay. Second time a girl came and sat around for the first hour, waiting for the owner of Annie’s to arrive. Service was less than okay. Third time she didn’t clean the bathroom or kitchen sinks but spent a lot of time doing nothing. I do not recommend hiring this company.

We set up a first visit for 11 am on Monday (yesterday) Her husband actually called the same night, and saw that we had an appointment. She called to confirm our appointment on Sunday, so I was impressed. On Monday, she called at 1056 am, asking for my address, and said she couldn't put it in her GPS.. She had our general address (major street corner) (25th and Yale) from my first email. She called for a specific address at 10:56 am. I gave her our address. I asked where she was, and she told me Broken Arrow. I said, well, it will take you at least 30 minutes to get here. She said yes. Long pause. She did not apologize or give any reason why she would be so late. Then she asked if I would be here at 11 30 am. I said no, (as I had to leave at 1130 to go to work) She didn't ask to reschedule, she just said, thankyou and hung up. From my point of view, she should have left earlier to be near us. she didn't try to call earlier, as I checked my phone to be sure. She didn't even try to leave until the time she was to be here. So, from my point of view she is not punctual. And she offered no apology or excuse. I know things happy, but she offered nothing. I guess it's a good thing, as we have higher expecations of a service than what we received.

They are awesome! If hubby is home sleeping (he's disabled and doesn't work), they work around him. They are so thorough and detail-oriented. Communication is on-point, friendly, and they are so accommodating. Love ❤️ Annie's!
