MILBURN'S CONSTRUCTION

I talked to Milburn a lot. He was very professional. He answered all my questions. He spent a lot of time with me. The problem that I had with Milburn was I couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted to do and he provided the technical expertise on providing what I'd be running to if I did this or that. I think he's a very honest, straightforward and capable man. He's very good, knowledgeable and accommodating. I think the man is tremendous. It was not his fault. It's just me and my wife just couldn't make up our minds on which way we want it. He was cheaper than a lot of companies. I've dealt directly with Lonnie Milburn and a lot of times, he should have been frustrated with me and my wife and he never showed it. He just showed up and he's very professional.

It was excellent! We had to wait for them to do the work they already had lined up but it was worth it! When they did get up to us, they came out when they said they would & finished when they said they would. We had already bought some siding when my husband thought he was going to do the work, but decided he did not want to do it.
