They have been great. I think the price is not too bad.

The service turned out very well. They have good customer service and they did a much better job the second time than they did the first time actually. I would tell a family member or a neighbor that it was a good experience, but it might take two visits to get the results that they request.

Our experience was not good. They said it would cost approximately $200 just to inspect the home for termites. We have since used another company.

Everything has been excellent. They have always been on time for the appointments. Scheduling an appointment goes well.

I have had no problems with them. They come right out whenever I need them. I have been happy with their service. I have no problems with getting an appointment scheduled.

They are easy going and nice people to work with. They do their work efficienetly. Scheduling an appointment is good. Sometimes, I do not have to be home for them to to do the work.

They came out the day after I called them, on time. Removed some big wasp nests from high on the eves, more from the garage. They also sprayed the house and explained what bugs to look for and how to make the house and property less attractive to them.

We called around to different pest control companies and found Terminix to be the cheapest for the quality of service. We scheduled an appointment for 0800-1000 on Saturday morning. We had planned a day with the children since they could not be in the house for 2-3 hours after they sprayed. We received a phone call around 0945, but no one said anything on the other end when we answered, so we called them back. The customer service representative was very polite and professional, but did not know why they had called. So, we explained that we had an appointment and asked if they could call the technician and ask where they were. We wound up calling them two more times to ask where they were and the customer service explained that the technician would not answer or return their calls. At around 1100, we decided to just leave the house and leave a note on the front door for the technician. After we returned home, around 2:00, we had to call them and cancel the whole appointment. They said that a manager would call and try to make it right. We are still waiting.

I've had no problems with them. The price is on par with normal prices. It's pretty much competitive. My wife checked the advertisement and used them. I had an old guy and he did a really good job. The service was good. Their responsiveness was okay because they were busy.

They told me there was nothing they could do. They suggested I tear down my home, and start again. They were prompt, coming out the next day after I called them. However, I waited all day for them to show up. The tech was rude, rude, rude beyond belief! I would never use them again.

They didn't find any pest. Their price was affordable. They arrived on time. I would use them again in the future.

I would not recommend using them in this area. They never kept their appointments and never got rid of any of my bugs so I don't know what spray they used. They had a weird, creepy guy that provided the service. Their price was pretty average in the market but they didn't take care of any pest problems. I caught one of the creepy looking guys looking in my window and I called them. They came over right away. They missed appointments all the time. I would not use them again.
