SULLIVAN TREE SVC

The crew arrived on time and went right to work. We had a large tree that had storm damage, and hung over into our neighbor's yard. The crew did an excellent job removing the tree, including overhanging branches without causing any disruption to our neighbor. They cleaned up very well after grinding down the stump, and ensured all areas were neat. They took great care to not harm surrounding plants, structures, and yard ornaments.

They got to us within a day. Tree trimming is not cheap.

Disappointed. None of the other folks we called off your list returned our calls.

I saw he usually charged 500 bucks. I mentioned that price when I spoke with him, unfortunately for me. I got the $500 estimate. It was still not too bad of an estimate. He did it in 2.5 hours. It was perfectly cleaned up.

Very easy to contact and talk to. They have been very busy but scheduled me within a couple of weeks. The day arranged, the electric company suddenly decided to replace a badly leaning pole on the property. It only took them a year to get around to it, but of course they take precedence. Sullivan's decided they could hopefully still get the work done at the same time, as long as the electric company was okay with them being there. If not, they would reschedule as soon as possible. I left it to them to sort out. When I came home at noon to check on progress, there was a platoon of power company trucks on the street, but Sullivan's was already done. They worked around each other fine, and I got two major concerns taken care of. Yard was left clean, and all the buildings were left standing, so it came out well. Overall quite satisfied.

He arrived on time, discussed what he was going to do, listened to our feedback and questions, and got to work. He trimmed the tree in a way that maintained the tree's proportions, and thinned out interior limbs. He crew cleaned up as he went. When finished, the tree looked much better and all evidence of storm damage was gone, and all debris was picked up. We were completely satisfied.
