Amazingly, they had a cancellation when I called and they came right over within 30 minutes. Super responsive and they they got right to work. It only took them about 30 minutes and they were done! The car carpets looked new and smelled fresh again. It was so convenient that they could come to the house since I am a stay at home Mom and my car is so important to us all the time. I was so pleased with the technicians (Shawn and James) so I immediately got an estimate for future work. I would definitely recommend them. It was a bit pricey just to get the car carpets cleaned but was worth it since they were able to come here and I didn't lose my car for a half a day.
Description of Work: They cleaned our car carpets since our toddler spilled his milk in our vehicle and we just couldn't get the odor out.

The technician, David, has had five years of experience and is highly qualified. He left me with lots of good information about the carpeting. Don't wait so long to have them cleaned. It was a hot job. His helper failed to show for work. He had already done three appointments and more jobs after me. He did my job in 2 hours. Highly satisfied with the job and it was professionally done. Gave him an adequate tip.
Description of Work: Steam cleaned wall-to-wall carpets in den, living room, bedroom, and hallways in concrete slab, one story home.
