Jeff and his coworker came into my house, without masks or shoe covers, did not introduce themselves, say hello or anything. I had to ask who they were. My sink is very old. Jeff never said anything to me until he was ready to leave that the faucet install could fail because of the condition of my old sink. When they finished, Jeff left without a word, his coworket came in to collect. I paid, they never thanked me for my business, nor did they ever put on a mask. I'll NEVER call them again.

They did a terrible job left holes where all the pipes came into the house cut big holes in the drywall and didn't fix that. We have been fixing the holes so that mice can't get in.very bad workmanship never ever will we hire them again not worth the money that we paid for the horrible job

I am very pleased with them and the work they do. They always call me after the work was done to make sure we are satisfied with the work. I have had no problems with scheduling when I call. They come right when they say they will.

The work was done and there wasn't any problem with that they disconnected the dish washer and fixed the drain pipes they even took away the dishwasher which was a plus then they took out the garbage disposal and replaced the part in the sink and fixed the drain pipes and they hooked up the ice maker in the fridge but one of them had to go to the store to get parts for the sink and ice maker. To me my frist contact was over the phone the guy almost seemed that they were busy, because I work late and so asking for a early appointment or even Sat was going to be over time to me the price was a little high so we got it worked out but my wife was going to be there for the appointment the guys arrived 30 minutes late and they acted rude when dealing with the woman of the house and even more so when they had to go get parts and come back. ok over all they did what we wanted but next time I am sure we would look for another company.

My hot water heater started leaking on the weekend and I called Solid Plumbing. They told me to call back at 8 am Monday morning and they would send someone right out to at least shut off the water. I tried to shut off the water at the meter but could not get it turned off. I emptied buckets of water all day and all night. The leak soaked wall board and carpet. I tried the faucet handle near the top of the tank but it just turned without shutting off the water. I called at 8 am and was told they would send someone out. I called back at 10:30 am and was told by Chris that he would come shut off my water. I told him I was emptying the water out by the bucket full. Chris told me to get a garden hose and put it by the water heater so he could drain the tank. No one ever showed up that day and I have not heard from them since. My son-in-law who lives out of town was able to get my household water shut off that evening at the meter. I did call a different plumber the next day and they did send someone out at 9 am the next morning and a new water heater was installed by afternoon.

Ed called when they were on their way and arrived a few minutes early. Ed worked the toilet and the other tech fixed the facets. Price was reasonable for what the guys did and time involved. Were very curteous and will use them again.

Everything went great! They arrived two hours early and worked as quickly as they could to get the job done and cleaned up after themselves.

We called them on a Saturday for a leak in our garage/furnance and they came right out. They spent time troubleshooting and solving the problem. When they had to return that same day because what they did still didn't work, they were prompt and professional and didn't charge us extra!
