They were really prompt and did what they said they would do. I have used them in the past before to clean my carpet. I am satisfied with the service they provide and I would use them again if I needed to.
Description of Work: I used Service Master Co about a year and half ago to do water damage cleanup.

 + -1 moreThey were prompt, treated our situation with urgency, and they were complete. They thought of all the details of water removal and mold prevention and had the technology to ensure it was done properly. We were displaced from our home and they treated our situation with compassion. We were kept updated daily of the progress and when it was safe to return home. Extra care was taken in residents with health concerns' rooms walls. I hope we never have a situation like that again, but if we did, we would call ServiceMaster to help clean it up.
Description of Work: We have a two story home. The water heater was housed on the second floor in a bedroom and it burst flooding the second floor where the water heater was and the entire first floor including the walls, crawlspace, and drywall including celings. We had water damage in electrical fixtures, air ducts, carpet, everything! They performed removal of unrepairable areas and drying services for the repairable areas. They handled the mold prevention and the follow up to enusre all moisture was removed preventing mold.
