Robinson Air

Sure, here's a revised version: --- I've never had to deal with an air conditioner that breaks down as often as the one Robinson installed. Every minor power interruption results in calling a technician because the system can't communicate with itself, or a part has failed, often due to the power failure. I purchased a package that includes "parts and labor" for over $14k, expecting a reliable product from an established, locally-owned company. How wrong I was. Since May 2019, I've had to call Robinson every 2-3 months to fix something on my unit. While they sometimes comp the service fee, more often than not, I end up paying to repair subpar equipment. For example, today, on July 29, I was charged a service fee after the unit lost communication due to a power surge. Additionally, I was charged for a system update, only to find out that during their last visit in ( see below for rest)

My name is Ronald Charley, I scheduled an appointment for 3 August 2023, spoke with the new hire, Hailey, she was very professional and nice, thank you. I explained that I do work and I would like for the appointment to be more 4ish than earlier; it was annotated; I received noticed of the appointment for 3 Aug 2023 at 4:00-5:00pm; while at work I received a text at 2:25pm stating that the Air Technician Brandon Dorman is on their way; so I immediately informed my supervisor that I must leave; so I proceeded to my home, when I arrived, no technician in site, I called the office, discussed the time of the appointment. I was told that Brandon must've finished a job earlier, so then he proceeded to my location; I am so highly disappointed and hot; I was told that there aren't any availability today and the earliest that I could be seen is Monday; I stated that it is 4:00pm, now...….. I was referred to Robinson Air by a coworker, I will let him know, don't ever refer them again...….I am so DISAPPOINTED

The job was challenging because the house and existing heat and air were ancient. The servicemen were prompt, professional, polite and very considerate. It took them two days with 6 servicemen. They went above and beyond my expectations for them. We also appreciate that this company is earth-friendly and recycles what they can. Thank You!!
