+ -1 moreCalled Rain's to repair the rubber "boot" on my Kenmore washer. I told them the exact part and model number and they said they would order it and come out in a week to fix it. They moved the date back 2 days and when they finally came out they didn't have the part. They had to order it which took another week. When they came out the second time they repaired the washer for over $300! Much higher than the first estimate. They said they would send a bill. I didn't receive a bill for 3 weeks but just thought they billed at the end if the month. I received a phone call angrily demanding their money. I asked if they sent a bill and they said they had. They didn't believe me when I said I hadn't received it. I gave them a credit card over the phone. Next day I get a forwarded bill that had been sent to the wrong address! I called Rain's back and let them know but no apology. Overall bad service / high price / no courtesy.

+ -1 moreWe are very pleased with Rains. The best thing about them is that they service their appliances. When we needed a repair, they came out the same day.
Description of Work: We have used Rains Furniture TV and Appliance many times. The last time they came out they fixed our refrigerator. In the past we bought our refrigerator there, we bought mattress sets, and we bought a deep freeze. We upgraded our freezer and bought a huge one. Our freezer cost $1,000.
