The job was completed in a very timely manner, even with one major inconvenience. After the new Hardiebacker boards were installed and he began installing the tile, he noticed the tub was crooked (from original construction) therefore leaving a gap between the tile and the tub. The proper way to fix the gap was to reinstall the backer board. This added an extra 1/2 day of work but he insisted on doing it right. (I'm convinced contractors I've used in the past would have just stuffed toilet paper in the gap and proceeded). There was a hairline crack in one of the tiles that I couldn't even see and he replaced it after it was already installed. He even set and installed my toilet which was not part of his job. Beautiful results! Very professional, always on time, and just a down right hard worker!
