Quick service, it was an easy fix I guess so they just charged me the diagnostic fee.

It went excellent. They're always on time and they're very professional people. They're knowledgeable about their product. They were here and worked on it and they knew what they're doing whenever they're putting in. They made sure we were comfortable while working on it. The folks just really work with the customers to make sure that customer gets what they ordered and installed correctly. I would do business again with them. They have a great product and they have a reasonable price. This folks call me twice a year which at no cost to me and if weren't for that I would probably forget. They have a 24 hour service, anytime day and night.

He arrived on time and begin working. He was friendly and professional. He stated he could not unclog the drain and explained we had a collapsed line. His estimate to fix the line was $7,000. We felt the estimate was very high and contacted some other plumbers. One came in and was able to unclog our lines. There was no place it was collapsed, it just had a plastic bag stuck in the lines. It cost us $69.00 to have someone do what Pippins was suppose to do in the first place. So for my $150.00 all I got was a panic attack. He also did not mention that our lines might be covered by our homeowners insurance, which we discovered they were if the line had of been collapsed. I will not be calling them again for plumbing services. When we called and cancelled the work to dig up or lines, we received nothing more than a mumbled apology.

Shortly after 08:00 am on Tuesday morning, April 16, I received a call from the Pippin Brother's Office informing me that the plumber was in route to my home, he arrived shortly after 08:30. He reviewed the kitchen cabinets where the work was to be performed. He looked over the new faucet and garbage disposal. He said that he had to go to his truck to look at the service manual to see what the charges would be. In about 15 minutes he returned to the house with a written estimate. Findings Service Call 29.95 CSD007 - Customer supplied kitchen faucet 377.00 CSD051 - Customer supplied garbage disposal 471.00 877.95 _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ After looking at the estimate and talking with the plumber about the estimate to make sure that it wasn't an error I told him that I was not interested in his estimate and told him that I did not need his services. I gave him $29.95 cash and he left. After the plumber left I called the Pippin Brothers Office, (580) 240-7924, and explained to the lady that answered the telephone what had happened and asked to speak to the manager and was told that everyone was either in a meeting or was out of the office and that someone would call back later in the day. As of now, Wednesday, April 17th, 02:30 I have yet to receive a call back. I called B.P. Burk after the plumber left and had a plumber at my home within 2 hours. Within 03:00 hours the work was complete for only $210.00. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Both plumbers from both companies were very professional and courteous.

After 17 years of faithful service to our family our Heating and Air Unit went out. Being that it was August, it was stifling hot from the Southwest Oklahoma Summer. I had an independent Contractor come out to the house and take a look at the system. The contractor said the system was completely shot and needed to be replaced. I immediately started seeking someone to replace my system as cheap as I could.. I started gathering quotes form different places. I had heard in the past that Pippin brothers were very high quality but pricey. Something told me to form my own opinion and to give them a call. Within an hour of my call, a representative from Pippen brothers was at my home. The rep asked if he could perform some tests and I said yes. He did Air Flow tests, etc. I hadn't really thought about anything except the heating and air unit up to this point. He showed me how the air flowed throughout the various rooms in the house and described to me why 2 of our rooms were always hotter than the other rooms. After the tests were complete he sat down with me and my wife and showed me what systems were available and their various prices. The energy saving technology has come a long ways since the early 90s. and I was determined to save energy and cut my heating and air conditioning monthly costs. I knew a complete system would not be cheap and was about to go with a lower to mid range system.. the cheaper the sytem the less energy and montly utility costs you save. After talking to my wife and sleeping on it, we decided to go with a higher end system.. it was more expensive but well worth it in the long run. It took 2 days for the Pippen techs to install the system and do the various duct work that needed to be done. The techs replaced and repaired some duct work and actually made a new air flow entry point to the system from our bedroom. We had the system installed last August and its now April... 8 months later and we have not had 1 single problem with the new heating and air system. The whole family loves it.. it is very quiet, our bills are lower, and it is very energy efficient. They say you get what you pay for and this system and the service from Pippen brothers proves it. I would not have any other business work on my heating and air system at any cost after my positive experience with Pippin Brothers. Oh and the day we signed our contract.. they brought out 4 air conditioners to cool our home while we waited for our new system to be installed. They have been out to check our system 3 times since it was installed and are very friendly and professional. One thing we dont have to worry about is being comfortable with the temperature in our home. Oh and the 10 year warranty gives us peace of mind and confidence that this system will be running fine for years.

The process started on a good note. The salesman was very thorough and explained to us what work needed to be done in order to make our house more energy efficient. He was the bright spot. When the work actually started, it became apparent that the laborers weren't going to live up the expectations that were set for them. They missed appointments, left huge messes in our house, garage and yard for us to clean up, cut unnecessary holes in our walls and just generally forced us to watch them like a hawk at every turn. The initial job was supposed to take a week...it wound up taking SIX weeks. And even after that much time, we still had things that weren't completed. It was only after we contacted the BBB and Angie's List that they came back and half-heartedly tried to appease us. Sadly though, some things still remain undone or unsatisfactory to this day. But at this point, we've decided to live with these shortcomings because further visits from Pippin Brothers are unlikely to yield any real solutions. It really seemed like as soon as we paid them, they stopped trying to satisfy us. In the end, we have a good, solid system that seems to work well and is saving us quite a bit of money monthly as compared to our old system. There are still reminders of our bad experience with Pippin Brothers that we find unsettling but have learned to live with. We saved for years to have this work done to our house. It should have been a good experience but it wasn't. Live and learn.

When the part arrived, Pippin Brothers called and scheduled a time for the repair, and gave me a courtsey call when they actually dispactched Terry to the house. I had been grocery shopping that morning when she called and instead of having me rescheduled, I was able to finish my shopping and get home in time to find Terry waiting for me! What company does that? I'll tell you who - Pippin Brothers! The repair took about an hour and a half - Terry was mentoring a newer plumber, who is learning the trade at Great Plains Technology Center. The system is now running nice and cool, as it should be -- Terry discovered that the system was being starved of air because of a extra filter in the air intake - he told me to get rid of it and to just use the cheap-o brands of filters on the furnace instead of the high octane ones I had been using. He explained the higher priced filters were meant for a high efficiency unit, which mine is not....good to know even though it is only 9 years old! That alone will save me between $50 to $100 a year in filter costs alone! Pippin Brothers is the only company I would ever use. Their prices are fair, they offer discounts if you become a Service member, which also has perks like free annunal Heating (Fall) and Cooling (Spring) Maintainence of your system. And I get great information from them about how to maintain my system - and even when I called on one of their A/C sales flyers, and they sent out a tech, he told me my system is running well and did not need replacing.

What they ended up doing was making our kitchen very loud, reduced our inflow, and caused mold in our AC unit, which we had to have treated. This cost us another $1000 to get fixed. They were in and out of our home for 3 months. The owner refused to return our calls, fix the problem, or reimburse us for the out of pocket expenses. He also did not back up his 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Roger from Pippin Brothers came out quickly and fixed my problems in a very timely, friendly, and professional manner. He explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the problems. In addition, he told me up front how much it would cost, which I tremendously appreciated. I signed up for the service plan to maintain my home's A/C, heating, and plumbing systems and it only costs $21.50 per month. I think it is greatly worth the peace of mind knowing my home is being well maintained. I highly recommend Pippin Brothers! I have nothing negative to say about my experience with them.

They were over prized compared to the other plumbers that I found out about.

I really like them. They are very professional. They give the courtesy call. I don't have to call them to schedule unless it's an emergency.

They gave us a quote and the quote was just for the issue that we were having. They gave us a quote to fix the problem and it was outrageously priced. I liked that once we told them that we were going to pay that amount of money, the gentleman actually gave my husband some clues of how to fix it ourselves and we ended up fixing our self. That saved us $800. Compared to other plumbing agencies in this area, we've used them most of the time and we consider them as our plumbing service. The company itself charges outrageous prices but the employees really try to help the community by cutting the cost.
