Description of Work: They pressured me to accept a 3:00 appt because they would have a technician in my area then. I said no, I'm a teacher so I can't leave work early. We agreed to 4:00. When no one showed by 6:00 I called. They said no one was home at 3:00 so they left. They billed my insurance company $75 for a missed appt. My insurance company finally agreed not to bill me. I don't know what they worked out with Overhead but I had another company do the work.

+ -1 moreProvider sent a technician to my home in Altus. That was the punctuality piece. It took almost a month for them to finally make it to Altus due to them only coming out when they have orders to fill (understandable, but inconvenient). I believe the technician's name was James and he was polite and professional. The company worked with me, they have a polite and professional sales team. I would recommend them to friends and family. The garage door itself looks great!!
Description of Work: Provider replaced my garage door and hauled away the old one.
