I neither like or dislike them. The people that come out to check the house are polite, and so far they've been very good, there has not been any recurrence.

So far, they have been excellent. I have been with them for about four years now and I haven't had any problems. I guess the price is not as bad as it could be, and as long as the price stays where it is, it is okay. I will keep using them as long as they continue with the job that they have been doing.

We have used them for several years. Over the years, we have had problems with punctuality and rude customer service. The guy would show up when I was not home (without calling first) sprayed around the outside of the house and not leave me a slip to let me know he was there. When I'd call, I would be told that he had left a slip and I was supposed to call when I got home. Just last week, I called to have them come over in between scheduled sprayings as I was having bug problems. I was told he would be at my house in a few hours (can't remember what time he said). He never showed up. When I called back the next day, I was informed that I had canceled my contract and so he was not able to come over (my actual contract was up, we were just on a quarterly plan until I canceled). I was told that if I wanted anyone to come over, I would have to sign a new contract with Orkin. I said no and called another company.
