+ -1 moreWasher would not go into spin cycle. Mark diagnosed problem and another that was potentially a problem. Fixed both promptly and at reasonable price. Would highly recommend and hire again.

+ -1 moreOven is now able to be turned on; control switch is registering about 100 degrees off. Mark was unable to fix oven to be accurate as prior owner of house glued control knob to oven. Mark feared a larger problem would occur if he tried to force the plastic knob off to the temperature control to make it more accurate.
Description of Work: 1 oven control switch needed to be fixed.

+ -1 moreVery well. Mark was prompted and thorough. Very quickly figured out the power cord had shorted out along with the terminal. Also had him clean the dryer vent that runs up through the attic. Would definitely use him again.

+ -1 moreThey squeezed us into a busy schedule. Service call was $90 for two appliances, ($75 for first; $15 for additional). Replaced fan motor on refrigerator, but range was old and parts were not available. Both the woman who handles the calls and the serviceman were very helpful and I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Repaired refrigerator and told us stove/range was not worth repairing.

Description of Work: Mark changed the belt on my dryer, he also thoroughly cleaned it out and adjusted my dryer vent. Even the lady I spoke with in the office was knowledgeable & very nice. I highly recommend them, they saved us several hundred dollars!

+ -1 moreHe came out to check my refrigerator, my husband had worked on the night before, it was cooling but not like it should. When he got here he asked about a piece of cardboard my better half had left off the frig. Sure enough it justed needed to be put back on. He could have told me something else but he didn't. All it cost was a service call.
Description of Work: Mark is always prompt or will call. Does not charge for things you don't need. Very professional.
