They were very good.

They were prompt to come out and measure from the store, helped my husband pick which company to use. 3 shipments have all had something wrong. Still dont have shutters!

Materials were late. Contractors were late. whole process took over 4 months when it should have been no more than one month. No communication from lowes or contractor.

The guy that Lowe's sent out was very professional and pleasant. I had no complaints. I had no complaints with their customer service. We also used Lowe's in the past and we've always been pleased. I had to call them more than they had to call me. I probably will be using them for my carpet.

They haven't started yet but they're going to be doing the roof and the A/C, and siding. It was very good. They cared about whether it was done correctly and there were a few things that weren't done correctly and they took care of it, they didn't give me a hard time about it, they had somebody out within a reasonable amount of time. They're highly recommendable and they care about their customers.

We had to drive over 50 miles to set up this. We went the first time to request the Install. the installer, Doors Plus, contacted us promptly and set up an appointment to measure the opening. They arrived at the time they said they would and were pleasant and informative. After their visit we went back to Lowes (trip two) to choose the door. They were helpful and knowledgable and gave us the estimate. They ordered the door, and we went back to the store (trip three) to verify the correct one was on order, they said it was. They told us when it arrived, and said the installer would call to set up the appointment for the install. Doors Plus again contacted us promptly and set up an appointment to install the door. They showed up again at the appointed time and checked the door against the opening and said the door was the wrong size. They returned the door and Lowes contacted us and we made another trip to the store (trip four) to to order the correct one. They also had to refund and recharge for the door. After 4 months of this, the correct door arrived and Doors Plus contacted us promptly and set up an appointment to install the door. They showed up again at the appointed time and did a fine job of installation, cleaned up after themselves and were polite and courteous to us.

I have used them 3-4 times over the last three or four years. They have always been very prompt. I haven't had any problems with them at all. There was something that I wasn't happy with and they came back out and fixed it. It was something very minor but they came out and took care of it. I would use them again. In fact, I have some home projects that I will be starting on within the next month and they will be the first one that I will go to. Every contractor that they have had and that worked with them and that have come to my house, have been excellent people. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing.
