I called Friday morning and they came out that afternoon right on time. They were both very professional and knowledgeable on what my options were to fix the issue. Instead of trying to make me spend big money to replace all the tile that had been damaged due to water leaks they told me to let them try a cheaper option first to see if that could fix the problem.. So this tells you that they are honest, hard working individuals not out for a quick buck! They spent about 3 hours taking there time and ensuring the job was completed to standard and didn't try and charge me extra for the work they had completed. I would recommend them to anyone that has any tile issues or concerns. They charge a $75 service fee to come out and look at the problem, but if you decided to go with them he will take that $75 and put it towards the job. Very happy with the quality work and professionalism they showed myself.

The work they did is an outstanding job. They did that well. They refused to give a detailed list of their services so I could complete a file with the insurance company. They gave a flat rate for labor and refuse to break it down to an hourly rate and how many hours it took them.
