carpet installation
+ -1 moreI told the story above & would not recommend them for anything. If the owner would have just come out and looked at it & had it fixed right, then everything would have been great. He ignored us one phone call after another! I believe he did not have the personnel to do the job right back then. If I would have known about an angieslist back then I defenitely would have reported. This was our worst & only complaint we have ever had.
Description of Work: We had the whole house done. Not exactly sure what year without pulling records but did report to the Better Business Bureau back then. We had new carpet, some tile & some expensive laminate in kitchen & bathrooms. We really liked the products! It was the installation that was terrible. One installer called in or was not at work so my husband helped the man with the kitchen laminate. The carpet stretched bad within the 1st 6months and we tried & tried to get it fixed but the owner would not return our calls. The poor lady that answered the phone was sick of us! the carpet also pulled away from the stripping by the back door so we had to use a rug there. We still have the carpet because can't afford to redo it now. We will show anyone interested how sorry it looks!
