+ -1 moreI used this company to install my lawn sprinkler system about 4 years ago. I have had no problems with the system until this year. During the winter the part that sticks up out of the ground broke. I am not sure how or why. It was covered with an insulated cover. The serviceman came out in less than 24 hours and completed the repairs quickly and competently. He replaced the broken part and tested the system. He found 2 sprinkler heads that also needed repair. He was polite and professional. He explained exactly what the problems were and showed me how to program the system to meet the current water rationing restrictions. The price seemed high to me but it may be fair. I just had nothing to compare it with.

+ -1 moreIt was great I called made an appt. and when the guy arrived he talked me through what looked right and wrong with the system. I asked a lot of questions and he was there to answer them all.
Description of Work: The Service that L&L Sprinkler did was amazing. I just recently moved into a new home with a sprinkler system and the operator walked me through the process and took a look at the system itself. He noticed an issue with the system and suggested a place to go to purchase the item. The only reason I did not give them straight A's across was that I thought their pricing was a little high. Their first hour on the job is $72 then $65 each hour after. Although they are the best place in town.

Description of Work: Received 21 irrigation stations in our lawn irrigation system and a hydrant in the backyard to help with my wife's garden so she doesn't have to worry about damaging any lines while digging.

+ -1 moreI had a problem with my lawn irrigation system. It is set to water my lawn on Tuesday, Thursday, and Satruday. The system didn't work. The serviceman repaired the system as described in "services performed" and since the system had been down for two weeks he used initiative and set up an extra cycle that day to get water on the yard.
Description of Work: Trouble shoot sprinkler system that was not working. Serviceman determined that a rain sensor was stuck open. Repaired sensor and checked to ensure the system was in working order (8 zones with multiple sprinkler heads in each).
