KYLE KINMONTH CONSTRUCTION

Kyle hire a sub contractor L& S Construction to erect the walls do the dry wall and to tape and mud. well the walls do not go all the way to the ceiling, when taped and finished with drywall compound it was ridged along the top of the drywall where it met the ceiling. Notified Kyle with the problem, asked him if this type of work was acceptable. NO reply with the exception of being frustrated. According to L & S Construction owner Ed, Kyle never said anything to Ed. Either way nor Kyle or Ed fixed the problem at the shop. The walls where to be ready for paint and where so ridged I had to hire someone else to fix these problem in order for the shop to open. In Eds defense we where so behind in this project that texturerizing of the walls had to be cancelled although sanded ready to paint was to be completed. Kyle was not there for city inspection, never checked for final inspection and went weeks without checking to see how the project was going. In short I ended up doing Kyle's job which he required 11,000.00 for doing nothing.
