First mistake: paying up front. Second mistake: not providing constant supervision. THird mistake: not hiring a lawyer and suing them. They put the poles in and a couple days later started on the fence. The boards were so far apart, you could see through them, which is not what you're supposed to have on a "shadow box" pattern. The wood was NOT cedar; probably pine or some other cheap wood. The wood was thin, knotty, and split almost a week later. I ended up filing a BBB complaint and having about 100 boards replaced. The gates were barely functional. Four years later, I've had to have at least two separate repairs done on fence and gates, and the gates are still barely functional. Should have sued them when I had the chance in 2007. If you want a fence that will last longer than a few weeks, do not contact these crooks. They will take your money, do substandard work, and not honor any warranty. A friend of mine had a fence done by them (that's one of the reasons I selected them), and a year or so later, a whole section fell down. This is quite possibly the worst company in Lawton. Liars and thieves and all their fences I see around town are crooked (like the company) or falling down.
