Description of Work: I asked them to make keys for a large standing Sears Craftsman tool chest. I texted them a photo of the lock with its number to them as requested. They said they would make one or two keys depending on the lock type. When I arrived to pick them up, the price was $30 for two keys. They said the price was so high because they had to look up the lock on a computer and make the keys from the computer pattern. Normally two such keys might cost a couple of dollars. That's the last time I don't get a price quote over the phone, even for a simple job like keys. Gross overpricing.

+ -1 moreCalled them at 12 midnight, said I was locked out of my car and car was running they said someone would be out in 30 to 45 minutes,1 and a half hours later no one shows up car still running, now it's 1:30am had to call another locksmith. No one is answering their phone...REALLY why not just tell me no, Why make me wait an hour and a half and not show up. I will tell everyone I know to never use this company....Way to leave me stranded guys!!!!Called them back at 930 the next morning, they said the guy that was coming out got stuck on the side of the road and his phone was dead....REALLY the and quot;Dog ate my homework excuse.and quot; No what happen is he went right back to sleep. Because if that is what really happened wouldn't he have called as soon as he got to a phone to say I am so sorry this is what happened, nope I never received a call I had to call them. These people are unreliable, will get all your information and leave you waiting. Call someone else!!!!

+ -1 moreMy sister and I were hauling furniture from a house to the shed in the back yard. Somehow we got locked out. It was 100+ degrees. Our purses and keys were both locked inside the house. There were 3 access doors. Two had locked storm doors and the 3rd had a locked deadbolt. We were debating if we should try to break a storm door when we thought to call a locksmith. They were there within 30 minutes and it took them a total of 45 seconds to get in the deadbolt. I thought the $55 fee was reasonable and much cheaper than replacing a storm door. I will certainly call them again if I am in need of a locksmith!

+ -1 moreI called at 9 am, and they had an individual out to my home by 11:30 am. The locksmith was prompt and courteous, and completed the rekeying within an hour.
Description of Work: I had 3 entrance/exit doors to my house rekeyed. They rekeyed both the knob and deadbolts.
