J & S has serviced repaired and replaced the unit for over 15 years. They are very professional minded and proactive while maintaining a personal commitment to their customers. They are always quick to respond in emergencies and are punctual on routine calls. Communication is excellent of what has been done and what needs to be done. Options are made known and professional opinions are offered if asked. Prices are competitive and very fair. You won't get better service or care from any other company in this area.

We have used Jand S for 6 or 7 years now and have been happy with their work. They were punctual, professional and price competitive. They priced us 3 different options/sizes of units to fit our needs. We went with a bit larger unit than needed so we will have an appropriate unit if we add an addition later. The unit is way more efficient than our old unit. We will continue to use them in the future.

I have used Jand S Services several times in the past couple of years and have always been more than satisfied with the service, professionalism, response time, and price. I was concerned that my A/C was not keeping my house as cool as it should, and Jerry came out, checked out the entire system, and determined that no coolant needed to be added, but that the condenser unit needed to be washed, which he did, and charged me only for a service call. I would recommend his service highly to anyone.

The overall experience was good. I had him out a time or two before to work on the existing unit. He came recommended to me from co-workers. He came out with very short notice to work. When I was getting estimates, his price came in reasonable.

The blower motor and assy had been having problems for years, not rotating correctly making noise and wasn't connected corretly when first installed by home builder. I had used J and S for another call a month before when another company wanted 1000.00 to replace an expansion valve. I heard about J and S and called them, they serviced my AC unit, replaced capacitor and adjusted speed on blower for 100 dollars. No expansion valve needed, they told me if valve had been needed they could have replaced and done all work for 500... 1/2 the price... Anyways, had them come out to replace blower motor and entire blower assy unit at a later date. Very pleased with their service, gentlemen where very professional and finished job quickly. #1 quality HONEST!!!!
