Description of Work: Hired to do our master bath remodel. 8 months later still not done and cuts in granite for taps too big, so granite may have to be replaced. Finishing job ourselves, and they didn't expect final payment, so kudos on that.

+ 0 moreHe was busy and he could not come out the next day or anything like that but he came out as soon as he could and when he said he was going to come, he came. After they went out and gave me an estimate they came out right away after that. They cleaned up very well afterwards. I'm fixing to call them again and want some work done on the inside of the house. They all worked outside but they seemed nice. The quality of work is really good. It looks really great. I did a price check around. The price they gave me is reasonable.
Description of Work: I used J & I Home Improvements for a new roof.

+ -1 moreI was given a free estimate. Services were performed and no extra was charged to me. They even came back couple months later to replace pieces around my front door after it was replaced and those pieces had been damaged. They only charged me 100.00 total for that service. I rehired them in 2013 after a hail storm messed up several areas. Again they came out quickly and had it repaired within 2 days. My quoted price was exactly what I paid each time. They are friendly and trustworthy.
Description of Work: I have a brick home but had wooded areas above. J & I was hired to place siding on my home.

+ -1 moreThe workers came when agreed upon. Cleaned up after themselves. Left it all in good shape. Every one there was very courtous and did as I asked.
Description of Work: Showed up on time. Did a super job. Nicest people to work with. Tore roof down to the top of house and completely replaced whole roof. Had not been replaced in 25 years. I was very pleased with it all.
