Floor was just slightly damp when he was complete so it did not take long to finish drying. I had to vacuum the floor when it was dry because small hair balls were left on the carpet. The carpet was generally clean but the high traffic area were still noticeable. I had wanted my car interior done and told the reservationist at the time but he was not prepared to do the car. I was not able to reschedule due to my schedule. The receipt I was given had the logo of various carpet companies so I can only assume they are interconnected.

They did a good job on the carpet and upholstery, but a horrible job on the grout. They couldn't get it clean and they came out twice, which is great customer service. They don't use the water run-off system so they didn't make a mess in my front yard.

Several weeks ago we obtained a price quote for the service we needed which I found to be very reasonable. When it came time to schedule the cleaning the quote was still valid. We were contacted one day before the cleaning to confirm the appointment. We were called about 45 minutes before our scheduled appointment to see if the staff could come early as their previous appointment was finished. The staff member who came, Lynn, was very professional and very customer service oriented. He explained the cleaning process and based on our situation suggested an alternate cleaning that would better serve our needs. We agreed with his suggestion. He said that if we noticed any smells or other issues to call back and they would come back to deal with it. I would recommend this company to others.

We had a scheduled appointment with Lawton PCS/Affordable Carpet Cleaning to have our carpets cleaned. The evening prior to the appointment we moved all but the largest pieces of furniture into the garage so that the crew wouldn't have to navigate around coffee and side tables, nightstands, chairs, and other items while cleaning. The day of the appointment and two hours prior to the time they were scheduled to show, we received a call from them saying that because humidity was "too high" they would be unable to do any carpet cleaning today and asked to reschedule to Monday, which would require taking time off from work. Our appointment was scheduled in advance specifically because we had time off over spring break and there was no way we were going to take the chance that Monday's humidity would again be too high, resulting in yet another unexpected cancellation. We called another carpet cleaning company that has a contract with a large local agency that, oddly enough, was cleaning carpets on the same "high humidity" day as our cancelled appointment. We were able to schedule an appointment for the following day with them. Word of warning; if the humidity is too high (and they didn't say what was too high) Lawton PCS/Affordable Carpet Cleaning will cancel your appointment with little advance notice.

They are a good company. They were very easy to work with and they did a pretty good job.

Great customer service. Very professional. Price was "good", not "excellent". Its what I expected to pay. What was great was that they don't dump all their "dirty water" on your drive way/lawn. They use a "steam" method. Great, and I imagine it's better for the environment (no dirty chemical drain water into our rivers/lakes).
