We wanted to turn our old patio into an additional room since my husband just got a promotion and would be working from home? There were two proposals done. The first one had to revised and the price went up approximately $4000 but we agreed we would pay the new price. The new start date was April 22, 2014 but was changed to April 28, 2014. Today is April 28, 2014 and the work will not be done. My husband received a call around 7:45am from Mr Smith stated that he will not be able to do the work as promised because of staffing issues and that he would be by to return our deposit. This was unacceptable. Now we have to try and find somebody to do the work again

Gold Starr came out the same day I called for an estimate at no charge. He spent about 30 minutes crawling under the foundation and inspecting the property inside and out. He later brought the estimate to my place of business and went over it in detail with me. I called and accepted his bid, we scheduled leveling for the day after closing on the home. He told me it would take approximately 2 days, for which he was spot on. His crew showed up on time and completed on time. They did a great job. I had a well known and respected Home Inspector come out and look everything over. The inspector was impressed and said everything was spot on. We will use again and refer to friends.
