 + -1 moreI called for an estimate on complete chimney repair. I was offered a cheap alternative to fixing the chimney as it should be. The provider didn't explain me anything that is wrong with the chimney, didn't offer multiple solutions, only wanted to patch up holes, which would be a temporary quick fix only. I had to insist on receiving an estimate of properly done repair. For barely 15 minutes of his time I was charged $45.00. Not happy, won't use again. Different professional won the bid!
