They didn't show up, they didn't have money to buy the materials, then they used materials they shouldn't have. They always had excuses, and the workmanship was very poor. The siding keeps falling down, I have water coming into my patio. There are gaps in between the wood. They are very nice people, but I just wasn't happy with the work. As far as the concrete work, that was okay. I was happy with the contractor that did that for me. The only issue I had was that they didn't put the planters in as I requested. I had to put the weed-sheet down and sand to space out the planters. I spoke with many of the workers who helped Dave, and they never got paid because he never had the money, even though I paid him. He had so many projects going, from what I heard from the workers, that they were always behind on everything. I even called to follow up, several times, when issues started - but they never called back or answered the phone.

The people who were to pour the concrete on the floor, they knew were going to put a bathroom in there and the plumber had marked off where he was going the put the pipe. You have to put the pipe right before they pour and they called the plumber. They changed the date they were going to pour and did without telling my husband. Then they poured it before the plumber came out so we don’t have a bathroom out there. When they were setting up first, they put polls in and was supposed to put throughout because we wanted to put cars in. My husband went out there and they were digging the holes for the polls and he did not put in any steel. They poured the concrete mix in there and then threw water in there. So I know I am going to have problems with that later on. It was supposed to be an overhead door on one side and sliding door on the other side and they did not have the overhead door in. They put in two sliding doors. So we went out there on night and we slid on of the doors and it just slid right off its track. It was about 12 or 9 feet high. It was freezing cold and my husband and was trying to get it back on its track. The bottom of it kept swinging into the wind. Where the roof meets the wall there is a hole and water comes in. it’s just one thing after another. We just had a hard time with them. They had crappy workmanship.

They poored the floor before the plumber was able to do anything, so we don't have a bathroom. They set the poles, they poored the cement in and just dumped water in holes. Most of the poles in the middle had splits. They also didn't tell us they didn't put stops on the doors. We went out to open it and the doors fell off and it was very difficult to get it put back up. When they put the lock on, instead of putting an eyelet up, they just put a hole in the wood.
