.They ended up breaking a toilet, they put a hole in the wall and they are over there still trying to fix the linoleum they put in because there are air bubbles in it. They stole air fresheners. Its just ridiculous. I'm still fighting with them. It's been two weeks and its still not done right. It is not worth the money thats for sure.

The gentlemen were very friendly and easy to talk to. They asked me where to concentrate the cleaning so I told them. They cleaned 2 of my upstairs bedrooms, the hallway, and the stairs. They asked me to check the work once they were done. I did and it looked great! It didn't take them very long to get the job done and they were on time for their scheduled appointment. I would reccommend them to anyone!

I would use brown's carpet. They were more competitively priced and far more reliable.

They were suppose to get there at 2:30 Pm, at 3:20 they called and told me that they could not find the house. They had the wrong house number. Once they had gotten the right number they told me "I will send him back". Why did they wait an hour after the appointment, to call? Why didn't they call BEFORE letting him go? I had called a couple days before the 7th of Sept I told them what I wanted and where I live. I live in Cache, OK. The cost would be 75.00 for 2 rooms and a hallway. Once the job was done he told my wife it would be 107.00 he added an extra 25.00 for a travel fee to Cache, that was never discussed. The job had already been done, so my wife paid the 107.00. I called the office and the lady told me he over charged me on the travel fee, it should have been 15.00 and gave me back 10.00. The carpet cleaning was outstanding, the carpet has never been that clean since we bought the house! The men who did the job were very professional. Just make sure you let them know you live out of town and get the quote right the first time.

The first time we called Cobb's we needed the living room replaced and the excess to repair the dining room den and then clean throughout. They were so professional about it, when the whole house needed it, Cobb's replaced the entire house with 1800 square feet of carpet. They are the only people we call when it needs to be cleaned or repaired a total of three times over the years. They are prompt, courteous, and very professional. Their personnel are trained and experienced.
