When the repairman arrived to replace the motor, I decided to stay around to watch the repair. The repairman disconnected the power at the compressor fuse box next to unit and replaced the motor. Once the repairman re energized the compressor sparks flew out of the compressor control box . The repairman de-energized the unit, check his work and re-energized the unit only to have sparks again fly from the control box. The repairman then called someone from the company and left telling me that someone would return to complete repairs. Later another repairman arrived and attempted to determine what had gone wrong with the installation. After finally wiring the fan correctly the repairman determined the control circuit board had been burned. The owner was called and after speaking to the repairman told me over the phone that he could not say that the board was not already burned. Mr. Chambers told me that I would have to buy a new board but he would not charge me labor for installation. The unit never keep the house cool after this repair. I understand that people make mistakes but to not take credit and do the right thing is not acceptable. I would NOT recommend using this company!

After multiple visits the repairmen attached an "auto-fill" device to the geothermal heater because the loop was leaking water "somewhere". After the work was completed the repairmen went to their pick-up truck to wait a few minutes before going back to the attic to check for an installation leak. So I went to the attic and found the leak that was "somewhere in the loop" that they missed. To make a long story short, they removed the unnecessary auto-fill apparatus and credited me money for the part. Yet the bastards sent me an invoice for the labor! Labor for work they did, but was not needed. If you hire them, be prepared to pay several hundred dollars in "stupid tax".
