Bill Miller & Ted's Heating & A/C

I had a leak from my condensation drain which started on Saturday. I called this company because they had installed the air conditioner but they did not answer over the weekend. I finally got them Monday morning and they said they would send someone out. Meanwhile I was vacuuming gallons of water up from the unit and my carpet since the previous Saturday. The technician did not arrive until almost 5 pm. He came without tools, took one brief look in my air conditioner closet and told me to call a plumber. I called a plumber which was now after hours and the plumber said I needed an HVAC technician. The HVAC technician from another company was able to open the drain after rerouting some of the pipes from the air conditioner to the condensation drain. That HVAC technician told me the pipes had been installed wrong by BIll Miller and Teds and prevented access to the drain to clean it out.

There technician guy showed up to tell me why my central HVAC unit wasn't working right and why I had rooms that were hotter than others. he suggested replacing the equipment, he never explained what or what I'd get from doing it. The guy from Pippin Brothers came and did a series of tests and then had a guy from PSO come and do an Energy Audit and then told me what I needed to do to get a better result. While I still needed to replace my equipment that really wouldn't have fixed my issues by its self. This was a much more understandable experience.

Excellent service. I had 4 estimates and this company had the best quality for the best price. They were knowledgeable about heat and air and were able to answer all my questions to my understanding. They stayed overtime to make sure I had air conditioning for the weekend despite the job being only about half done. I would not hesitate to use them agaiin or to recommend them to my friends.
