Description of Work: I had them deliver and plant a red oak tree. The salesperson sold it to me with the idea that it was guaranteed if they planted it and so I paid an additional 150$ to have their people plant it. The tree died during the winter and they now claim they don't guarantee the tree. I didn't get the guarantee in writing, which is bad on me.

+ -1 moreThey were very neat about. It took 3 days to do it, but we guess that is par for the course. They were the least expensive bid but they were very professional.
Description of Work: We used Bedrock Nursery to do a sprinkler system in our huge yard.

+ -1 moreThe zoysia sod was great and I put it down the next day. The fescue did not do well. I'm not sure how long he had the fescue sod before he delivered it but it did not fare well overall. About half of it was dying. Dennis did not like me calling his wife and indicated he did not want to do any more business with me.
Description of Work: I asked for advice and an estimate on what to do with my back yard as far as grass. Dennis Toddy Jr., the owner, came out and indicated sod would be best--zoysia where the most sun shines and fescue sod under the two trees. I paid him $50.00 for the estimate; amount to be put towards the purchase of the sod. He quoted me a price for the sod installed. Several weeks went by and I called him about the sod. Dennis informed me he would not be able to lay the sod for 4-5 weeks as he was busy with other projects. I informed him to deliver it and I would lay it. The cost of sod was now was reduced since I was laying it, but he balked at the $50.00 credit for the estimate, but gave me the credit towards a delivery charge. I'm not sure about this but... The sod was not delivered for another 3 weeks. I continued to call him during this time but he kept giving me reasons for the delay. Finally he gave me a date for delivery 26 April. I called him that day 3-4 times to get a delivery time but he never returned my call. I finally contacted his wife about 5pm on 26 April and indicated I was not happy with the situation and wanted to cancel. The zoysia sod was delivered at 6pm that day. One of the workers indicated the fescue would be delivered the next day. That did not happen and no phone calls to inform me. They showed up the next day Saturday afternoon to deliver the fescue.

+ -1 moreI was looking for some trees and rose bushes for my backyard. They had beautiful plants and I ebdede up getting a lot and they delivered them for free. I have been back several times since then and bought a one of a kind water fountain, weed killer and more rose bushes. They delivered all of tat for free too. I love thier customer service.

+ -1 moreWonderful healthy plants, with a great selection. Excellent staff - knowledgeable and willing to talk to you. For example, we were interested in a Japanese maple tree. They asked for info on our yard and then recommended it would not work under the hot sun. We've enjoyed going there each time. Have made repeat trips. Easy to find. Have only been to main nursery, they have a tent nursery on Cache Road. Have not been there.
Description of Work: Fun to browse. Have made repeat trips due to nice staff - helpful and knowledgeable. We bought nice sized plants. Good selection. Plant are well cared for, and transplant very well. They load compost, etc. for you. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
