I was a customer for over 1.5 years. I had an internet and cable package with them. The TV service was ok, signal would be lost from time to time. Channels would freeze or the screen would go blank. The internet service was better. It would cut out at times as well, but no where near as often as the cable. The most disturbing part is the cost. I have lived in numerous places, but their service was by far the most expensive. Other companies charge $100-135/month for a bundle that included cable, internet and home phone. This company charged $175/month for a bundle of just internet and cable. It seems that when you're the only cable provider in the area you can charge what you want. I may end up switching to satellite real soon.

They're very responsive. I don't know that I've ever had to wait. They usually have a person answer the phone and they transfer you and you're taken care of. Everyone is just really friendly.
Description of Work: Our home phone service is through Pioneer. They also provide us with internet service.
