Craig Day, the owner of the company, was very professional and thorough from start to finish. He picked up the tile and accompanying materials from the store where I purchased it and suggested to return a couple of the items on the sales sheet in lieu of using some of his own supply. He patched up holes in the sheet rock left by another contractor who installed our countertops, and installed new sheetrock in a couple of places where the dings were too big. Tile was cut and glued on well, with virtually no duds. He returned promptly the next day to apply grout and another three days later to apply sealant, screw on outlets cover plates, and patch up and smooth out a few adjacent patches of wall which were scratched during the removal of the previous tile. So far, looks excellent! He has also vouched to return for further fixes if something goes wrong.
