Description of Work: Old garage door opener has died after an estimated 10K openings and closings after 9.5 years. We have used this company before. Came over and diagnosed the problem and suggested a new unit. After looking at our options, we ordered a new liftmaster belt drive and two transmitters and one key pad. Came over and installed same within 3 days. Great service and we thought a fair price.

Description of Work: Couldn't leave garage,double door doing broke. Chad Stevens installed two new springs & replaced 6 rollers & oiled all appropriate parts. Came in record time! Referred to my neighbor and son. Took care of both in excellent fashion. They intern did the same, with same excellent results.

+ -1 moreIt was all good; the price was good. In fact two or three weeks after thy installed it, it was off balance a little bit so I called them and he came right out that day to adjust it. It is such good to know that if there is a problem they come right back and fix it...no worries.
