Rainbow Plumbing

Do not use this plumbing service. First, the lady answering the phone is completely nuts and rude. They sent someone who looked like Charles Manson. He did not even inform the tenant he was there. Got a call a few days later from the tenant because the line was clogged again. Called another plumber and he found much of the line collapsed and said there was absolutely no way Charles Manson guy could have ever ran the line correctly. I saw it as well when he called me out to look at it. Had to have part of the line replaced. Marty from Rainbow called me a liar and called the city to turn in the other plumber for not pulling a permit to fix what Rainbow left behind for me to deal with. Marty continues to call and harass me over the $110 fraudulent bill he wants paid. He has also threatened to come to my house and physically take the money from me. Beware. I will be telling this story as often as I can.

This is a great company. I had several things that needed to be fixed. They were prioritized and I made it clear I had a finite amount of money to pay them. Instructions: get as much done as you can in $300.00 then STOP. Dustin worked like trojan. He hustled, he wasted no time and no effort. He had to work on resetting the toilet trying to keep it on the less expensive side while doing it well. Then he told me how I could fix one of the lesser problems!! He was able to complete 4 out of 5 projects and, with time and supplies, brought it in at $288.50!! He cleaned as he went leaving no mess at the completion of the projects. He was professional but friendly and personable. Would not hesitate to have him back in my home. I am a Rainbow girl for life!! Next month I will be calling them for project #5 which is a leaky outside faucet.

Rainbow Plumbing have great work ethics. They get out there on time. They explain things clearly. Their quote is what you end up paying. We would definitely use them.

I like the quality of the work and their personnel. I like their expertise. But, I thought they were overpriced by a lot. They quoted the job, told me it would most of the day to do it. They took three hours and they charged me the estimate.

One of our sprinkler connections has a slow leak. The connection was near our water meter which in our front yard, there was water built up inside of the meter. We hired Rainbow Plumbing. I explained to the Rainbow Plumbing guy that I suspected the leak is near water meter, common sense. He did poke around, but then moved on to our back yard. After 3 hours of poking our grass with a stick. He told me that he can't find the leak. I suspected one of toilets has a slow leak too,. I asked him to take a look. He and ldquo;correctlyand rdquo; identified the not-leaking ones as leak ones, but determined the REAL leak one as NOT leaking! After not fixing anything, he still charged us 3 hours of service time plus travel time. I called Rainbow Plumbing later to discuss the quality of service with the owner. I asked the owner whether his employee is an actual certified plumber as that worker seemed clueless. The owner said yes. So I asked whether the owner would show me a copy of his employee's plumber certificate. Here is Rainbow Plumbing Co. owner's response:and rdquo; this is confidential, I can't show you that.and rdquo;

The service they did was excellent.
