We have been there for two years. The first year, they were very very helpful and we spent thousands of dollars with investigator and everything and then for some reason something changed on their service. After they opened our pool they became not so helpful. The prices went very pricey and everything has gone up. Their people were not helpful at all. By the weeks, we thought that their services went down. That is why we turned to another company and we are very happy. The people there are pretty nice. The owners have something going on personal I think. We have a fiber glass pool and we treated it like they said and everything turned brown, not the water but the surfaces. I went to them three times and they said that is fiber glass pools. I am completely unhappy because I know there is chemical reaction happening. I took water samples to the other company and they did a chemical test on it and there was copper inside of it which is causing the issue. The issue is resolved with a quarter cup of ascorbic acid. It was amazing. that is why we use this other company now. Crystal Pools opened our pool and we paid them for that and they kind of opened the pool halfway. I mean, it is like last year when they opened the pool and our kids are making me to get in the water. This time we opened the pool and it wasn't scrubbed. I mean, I waste my life and spent a day cleaning the pool. There was something that change internally whether it was in the process or policy or just personal things coming into it, I don't know, but definitely the service changed. It wasn't the same. We were loyal to them last year so we kept working to it and finally I got mad. I can't keep going to somebody who caused me that. The people that worked there were very helpful but they have limited skills so when they learned any issue, they are going back to the owners.

Excellent. Came on time, were neat and efficient. Finished within estimated time frame. Beautiful job on pool.

They are usually on time, very good with scheduling, and proactive. They usually contact you and check the swimming pool instead of you forgetting about it.

They were recommended to me. They did a pretty good job of cleaning out my pool. They do what they say there are going to do. I will use them again in the future.

I thought the price was good and I like that they are quick and thorough. They had a pretty quick response time.

It all worked very well last winter to have the pool open. The company is good about not recommending chemicals if they aren't needed.

THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY. THE THING I LIKE MOST ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS IF THEY CAN NOT DO SOMETHING THEY ALWAYS MAKE A GOOD EFFORT. THAT IS IMPORTANT WHEN IT COMES TO SATISFYING CUSTOMERS.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB IN REPLACING A BROKEN HEATER IN MY POOL BUT DID AN EVEN BETTER JOB REPAIRING IT EVERY TIME IT HAS MALFUNCTIONED. THEY EVEN CALL ME SOME DAYS JUST TO MAKE SURE IT IS STILL WORKING OKAY.
