Chad Wells

It went great. Everyone involved was always polite and helpful. The workman showed up on time. The water fountains we had to be removed required a special tool that they did not have. Despite having to go to Lowe's and then a specialty tool store to find what was needed to do the job they did not charge us any extra for the hassle. I would highly recommend and we have already used them again for other things.

Chad did this work as a subcontractor for Four Seasons Sunrooms. The work was primarily completed by Chad's family members. His Uncle supervised the job and kept the crew on task. Both Chad and his uncle are very knowledgeable about concrete and did an excellent job. The footings and floor were completed with more rebar than required by code. Intially Chad came by and went over the plans for the job thoroughly. The crew came as scheduled and broke up the edge of the patio and dug the ditch for the footings. On the next day they laid and tied in the rebar for the new floor and the footings. The following day they poured the concrete for the footing and floor. They laid down plywood to limit damage to the lawn while using wheelbarrows to carry the concrete back to the construction site. The following day they formed up for the sidewalk around the sunroom and laid the rebar. In addition, they tore out the damaged section of sidewalk in the front of the house and got it formed and rebar laid out. The pour for the sidewalk and sidewalk repair was completed later that day. Chad came back at the end of the project, completed the curb repair, finished the edges of the slab and sidewalk, and made sure all of the work was done to our satisfaction and cleaned up thoroughly around the site. Chad was a pleasure to work with and was very conscientious to make sure the job was done right.
