Professional and good job. Removed most of dog odor issue. But somewhat expensive.

It was a pleasure working with this company. I called about having a king-sized mattress cleaned. Brian priced the job reasonably. He sent out his cleaning person and with great care and precision, he cleaned the mattress and deodorized it. It came out looking and smelling like new. I would highly recommend this company for all your carpet and mattress cleaning needs.

He did a wonderful job. Good Experience and I would use this service again.

We had been renovating our living room and all the furniture had been moved out. As a result, I had cleaned the carpets while I had the chance. We chose this time to call somebody to stretch the old carpets to smooth out some loose spots near the walls. They were able to come out that same day and the entire job was done in about an hour. He made it look easy.

My brother was at the job site when the provider came and was the one who paid him for his service. The provider installed the carpet but did not include any transitions (Z-bars) in the doorways where needed, citing that grouting had not been done in the adjacent areas which were tiled . In reality, he could have completed this job without grouting having been done. So, he charged $250 to lay carpet and pads which we already had on hand; included no transitions, and in several places gouged into the baseboard trim with the carpet knife, removing chunks of wood. He charged $250 which my brother paid him, and said that if we needed him to come back to do the transitions to give him a call which I did. My call has gone unreturned and I had no choice but to reach out to another installer to complete the job. This cost me an additional $225. I realize this is a small job compared to many, but even the small jobs can bring referrals. Further, my husband and I turn houses on the side and were hopeful about finding a carpet layer we could continue working with on larger projects. This will not be the one.

After being expertly re-stretched my carpet looked as good as it did when it was first installed. The technician was very professional and polite and got the job done very quickly. He also cleaned all the carpet in my home and I was truly amazed at how wonderful it looked afterwards. He paid special attention to a few small stains in my living room and on my stairs and when he was done there was not one spot remaining anywhere in the entire house! I have used a well know national chain for my carpet cleaning in the past and their work was no where near as good as Carpet Services of Tulsa. This is the only carpet cleaner that I will use in the future.

It went great, the carpet and furniture look "good as new"! Aaron spent about two and a half hours working...the furniture took the most time but it was well worth it. There is nothing to complain about, it could not have been better.

They were fast and professional. I won't hesitate to use them again for anything carpet related.

The price was great and the job was great. Very friendly and helpful with questions or advise that were asked. We will be calling them again in the future.

Arrived on time. Briefly assessed conditions of carpet needing special attention, pretreated as needed, then completed the job. Aaron was friendly and professional, and did the work thoroughly. Carpet looks great after 1-1/2 years without serious cleaning.

did a fantastic job. had no idea what carpet stretching was, but they got all the wrinkles out and did an outstanding job on the cleaning. Very nice guy although cant remember his name. Will definitely use again in the future.

The guest bedroom I needed done had pet odors (from my dogs oops!) and he worked that room carefully, then did the stairs and the upstairs den. In and out in very short time and we are very happy.

Technician (Roy) was on-time, worked quickly and was very skillful. All installation and repair work was done rapidly and expertly. I would happily contact this company again for work of this nature.

We had the carpet in our rental house cleaned upon move out. He was very helpful in working us into his schedule last minute. He showed up on time and completed the job very quickly while providing a very thorough job.

He showed up and I pointed out the areas that neede attention and the carpet remnant for his to use. I did not have any extra carpet padding so he provided that for me. It took several hours, but he was courteous and professional and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use him again!

I scheduled an appointment, but I had to change it at the last minute...they were very accommodating and got me in soon after. The service tech arrived on time in the morning, was very polite and did his job efficiently. The price was excellent!!! The only complaint I have...and this is for all carpet cleaners...they tell you it will dry in 4-6 hours...with overhead fans running on high in every room, it still felt wet when I went to bed at midnight...13 hours after he finished.

I was happy with their service. They showed up when they said they would. They did a little extra work; there were only two big major spots in the house which needed to be cleaned real low. The house was pretty empty, they looked around and found other spots which they pointed them out and cleaned it. They didn't charge me for that. I would use them in the future.

Because of the size of our rooms, we never ask for estimates over the phone. Brian made scheduling easy, came when he said he would, and stayed about the amount of time as we expected. The carpets look great. He protected the legs of the furniture with plastic, a professional norm, an dmoved all the light furniture that we asked him to. He was both friendly & professional. My furniture had odors from my pets laying on them and beverage stains. The tech was awesome. He got the stains out and my couch smelled great!

My overall experience was fantastic. My carpet came out cleaner than I had anticipated. I would highly recommend. I actually having them come out next week to clean my furniture.

Did a great job. The best I've had in the 7 years of living in my townhome and I get my carpet cleaned every 5 to six months by different companies. There was a fresh and citrus(orange) scent left in my home for atleast 5 days after cleaning which i loved so much. They left no residue and Its been a week and no old stains have appeared yet! He got out fingernail polish my 4 yr old had previously wasted in her bedroom.
