The project took way too long and it disrupted our home much longer than we were told. I paid a premium in hopes we would recieve outstanding service but we did not. The remodel of our bath was what we expected, but it took way too long and cost much more than it should have.
Description of Work: A lot of talk and little work.

The first meeting with Jeff and Lisa in the Jenks store went well but felt a bit pressured. We were shown cabinets and told the ones we were ordering would be just like those. We chose a tall pantry with slide out drawers in our plan. We were told a price for installation of $450 because we were friends of a friend of Jeffs. We were told by Jeff that he "puts these cabinets in million dollar homes every day" Because they have a nice showroom in Jenks and were friends of a friend we trusted them. BIG MISTAKE. The cabinets took weeks longer to come in than we were told, but in reality that was ok because we weren't ready for them anyway. When they did come in we were still not ready but were told we had to store them until install because they had no place to store them. The morning they were to be delivered one of us had a small stroke and had to be rushed to the hospital by ambulance. Whe left door unlocked and they brought them in and left them there. After recovering they came to install and the pantry did not have pull out drawers as promised. they forgot to install a valance over the sink and said would have to come back later and redo. They did not plan wood cutting right and had to put 2 pieces of wood together on the moulding across top of one side of kitchen and the woods do not match in grain or color and looks terrible. When they came to re do the side with the valance they did not remove the trim on one side and again spliced the wood trim. This side looks better but still, both sides are not such long spaces that they should require splicing. It looks cheep and unprofessional. The second group of people working took one look at the installation and said we did not do this install did we? As it turned out Jeff hired other installers and then charged us $200 more than the $450 he had told us. They also did not complete triming it out, ran out of trim, said it would have to be ordered. Have not come back to fix, avoids calls, this guy is a real crook in my opinion. Does terrible work, doesn't follow up and can't be trusted. In our opinion he needs to install the pantry drawers as promised, replace those pieces of spliced trim with one piece of trim, finish trimming out sides of cabinets where they meet the wall, and return the $200 we were overcharged on installation.
Description of Work: measured and ordered kitchen cabinets from a manufacturer, installed them

They started this remodel project in August and my kitchen still hasn't been completed yet. They started off very attentive and then sort of just let it go. When I contact him he will say it's my fault that it's been delayed. I have a huge fireplace, and the top is unfinished with bricks knocked out from when they took beams out. This should have been finished. The kitchen is functional, and I know things come up with deadlines, but it appears as though he's absolutely forgotten about this stuff. We had an extra 40" by 62" piece of granite that we purchased, left at the fabricator, that we wanted to use to make a coffee table and it just disappeared; we haven't seen it since and this granite was beautiful and expensive, we never got a return on this. I would never ever hire his company again under any circumstances. The best thing about his company was Kimberly Long, who was a designer with this company, who eventually left to get her own company. I think she's the reason why we were made aware that some stuff was being done on the up and up; if something went over budget he wouldn't tell us but she would double check with us to make sure we still wanted to go through with it. The back-splash was put it a month ago. It was put in and marked on by the installer and some tiles were ruined and they still haven't fixed it yet. And even then, I realize stuff happens, but they should stand by their word and fix it instead of just letting it go or saying, "well, we don't have many extra tiles." Most of the subcontractors have been good but issues have not been attended to by Jeff, as they should have been.
Description of Work: I used Jeff Pense of 180° Kitchen & Bath Design Group to redesign my kitchen.
